The Terms and Conditions of use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to Gih Lost and Found Ltd website located

By using the site, you agree to the following Terms of Use; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.

GIH Lost and Found Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, either add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your constant use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, GIH Lost and Found grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the site.

• You may be required to pay a fee before the collection for any misplaced or missing items found by GIH Lost and Found Ltd.
• You may not upload or transmit any material that infringes or misappropriate any person’s copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret, or disclose via the site any information the disclosure of which constitutes a violation of any confidentiality obligation you may have.
• You are strictly prohibited from communicating on or through the site any unlawful, harmful, offensive, threatening, abusive, libelous, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, fraudulent, sexually explicit, racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable material of any sort, including, but not limited to, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, regional, state, national or international law.

The “Finder” shall represent and warrant that he/she actually hold the item and have the ability to hand the item over to GIH Lost and Found Ltd. Then, GIH Lost and Found Ltd shall either deliver the item to the Rightful owner at a fee, or the Rightful owner could pick up the item from GIH Lost and Found Office by presenting an alternate form of identification after thorough verification and payment made.
• When the “Rightful owner” publish lost items on GIH Lost and Found’s unique page link, he/she is represented and warrant that he/she is the rightful owner of the item and can provide evidence to this effect when requested by GIH Lost and Found Ltd. We are not liable for any loss suffered by the “Finder” or “Rightful owner”
• The above disclaimers of liability or injuries applies to any damages, liability or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use, whether for breach of contract, tout, negligence or any other cause of action.

Indemnity:
